Getting Help And Getting Involved

2 min read

AML-Connect is designed so that every question has a defined destination and every contribution has a clear path. This article maps both.

Getting Help

Technical AML/AMD questions: Post in the appropriate forum board. See “How to Use the Forums” for which board fits your question. The whole network can respond, not just admin.

Organizational help (grants, budgets, nonprofit administration, reporting): Visit the Get Help page at https://aml-connect.org/get-help/ and complete the intake form. Describe what you need. Admin will triage and connect you to the right resource or support.

Platform questions or bugs: Post in the Site Feedback forum at https://aml-connect.org/community/forums/site-feedback/ or email [email protected] directly.

Anything else: Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Getting Involved

There are four ways to actively contribute to AML-Connect:

  • Submit a resource — If you have a report, template, monitoring protocol, or other document that would be useful to the network, submit it through the Resource Library intake form. See “How to Submit a Resource or Media” for the full process.
  • Contribute media — Site photos, system photos, training videos, or maps — submit through the Media Library intake form or email admin.
  • Participate in forums — Ask questions, answer questions, share what you know. Every exchange that produces a good answer makes the platform more useful over time.
  • Share the platform — Introduce AML-Connect to colleagues and partner organizations. The platform is only as useful as the network using it.

The Feedback Loop

AML-Connect is designed as a living system, not a static library. When practitioners contribute — through forum posts, resource submissions, and media — that knowledge gets organized, preserved, and made accessible to everyone who needs it. Your participation directly improves the platform for the next person who finds it.
